be\u00a0 used\u00a0 to\u00a0 dispense\u00a0 prescription\u00a0 medications\u00a0 to\u00a0 you.\u00a0 We\u00a0 will\u00a0 document\u00a0 in\u00a0 your\u00a0 record\u00a0 information\u00a0 related\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 medications\u00a0 dispensed\u00a0 to\u00a0 you\u00a0 and\u00a0 services\u00a0 provided\u00a0 to\u00a0 you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We\u00a0 will\u00a0 use\u00a0 PHI\u00a0 for\u00a0 payment.<\/strong>\u00a0 Example:\u00a0\u00a0 We\u00a0 will\u00a0 contact\u00a0 your\u00a0 insurer\u00a0 or\u00a0 pharmacy\u00a0 benefit\u00a0 manager\u00a0 to\u00a0 determine\u00a0 whether\u00a0 it\u00a0 will\u00a0 pay\u00a0 for\u00a0 your\u00a0 prescriptions\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0 amount\u00a0 of\u00a0\u00a0 your\u00a0\u00a0 co-payment\u00a0 responsibility.\u00a0 We\u00a0 will\u00a0 bill\u00a0 you\u00a0 or\u00a0 a third-party\u00a0 payer\u00a0 for\u00a0 the\u00a0 cost\u00a0 of\u00a0 prescription\u00a0 medications\u00a0 dispensed\u00a0 to\u00a0 you.\u00a0 The\u00a0
